Welcome to the world, sweet Erwin! Erwin came to my NW Calgary photography studio at twelve days new and was the cutest little bundle to photograph. He was pretty easy going and chill, and made the cutest little squeaky noises when he was swaddled and wrapped. Those little baby noises get me right in the ovaries every time!.

This star set up is always a favourite with parents!

Within mom’s questionnaire, she mentioned that she did not have any preferences for her new baby’s photo session, so I had some fun playing with new drops, like this beautiful blue jewel tone. I think this colour suits Erwin perfectly – like it was made for him! I also designed his session around the images his mama like on my Instagram page.

Parent photos are always a favourite during a newborn session, as they show the pure joy that a new parents feels when they snuggle and breathe their sweet babe in. The connection that is portrayed is one of a kind, and I do think that all parents need one of these.

As a Calgary newborn photographer, I do my best to honour client’s requests, and this family wanted Erwin’s grandparents to also be photographed. It’s always beautiful being able to photograph multiple generations.
